In short

How do I automatically request reviews after courier deliveries?

WebRun monitors Onfleet for completed deliveries, drafts a personalised review request email for each recipient in Gmail, and notifies your team in Slack to approve before anything is sent. Only successful deliveries trigger a draft, and failed or disputed tasks are skipped automatically.

  • Every successful delivery gets a review request drafted within minutes
  • Failed or disputed deliveries are automatically excluded
  • No review request reaches a customer without team approval

Questions, answered

Will review request emails be sent automatically after every delivery?

No. Every review request is saved as a Gmail draft for your team to review and approve before it reaches the recipient. Nothing is sent without a human sign-off.

Which review platform does the email link to?

You provide the review link, for example a Google Business Profile or Trustpilot URL, and WebRun includes it in every draft. You can provide different links for different account types.

What about deliveries that went wrong?

WebRun skips tasks marked as failed or disputed in Onfleet, so only genuinely successful deliveries generate a review request draft.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
