How do I track what content actually published last week?
WebRun recaps your CoSchedule calendar every Monday. It reads the previous week to see what actually published, what slipped, and what is still in draft, logs each item in Airtable with its channel, owner, and campaign, then writes a short recap into Notion with the counts and the channel mix.
- Every published item is logged without anyone updating a sheet
- Slipped items are named with an owner and a new date
- The channel mix is visible each Monday instead of guessed at

Questions, answered
Will it publish or reschedule anything?
No. WebRun only reads the CoSchedule calendar. It never publishes a post, never reschedules an item, and never edits or deletes content. Items that slipped are reported for a human to decide on.
How does it know something slipped rather than published?
It reads each item's live status and date on the calendar, so an item still sitting in draft or moved to a later date is separated from one that genuinely went out.
Can it recap a single campaign instead of the whole calendar?
Yes. Point it at a specific campaign or a set of channels and the Airtable log and the Notion recap cover only those, which is useful during a launch week.
