How do I stop candidates stalling in my hiring pipeline?
WebRun opens ClearCompany every morning and checks how long every active candidate has sat in their current stage. It WhatsApps each hiring manager only the candidates waiting on them, with the wait in days and the next step, then sends recruiting a Telegram digest ranking requisitions by delay.
- Candidates stop waiting five days for a scorecard nobody remembered
- Each manager sees only the people waiting on them
- Recruiting knows which requisition is the bottleneck every morning

1
ClearCompany - find candidates stuck in a stage
WebRun opens ClearCompany to find candidates stuck in a stage. - Open ClearCompany and list active candidates across every open requisition
- Read the current stage and the date each candidate entered it
- Flag anyone past the limit you set for that stage, defaulting to 5 days, and note the requisition and the hiring manager
Done when Every stalled candidate is listed with their stage, their wait in days and their hiring manager.
-
2
WhatsApp - nudge each hiring manager
WebRun opens WhatsApp to nudge each hiring manager. - WhatsApp each hiring manager the candidates waiting on them and nobody else's
- Give the candidate name, the requisition, the stage and how many days it has been
- Say plainly what the next step is, for example a scorecard to submit or an interview to book. WebRun never contacts the candidate
Done when Every hiring manager with a stalled candidate has been messaged.
-
3
Telegram - digest the slowest requisitions
WebRun opens Telegram to digest the slowest requisitions. - Send the recruiting team a Telegram digest of the whole pipeline
- Rank requisitions by average days in stage so the slowest hire is obvious
- Show how the backlog moved since yesterday so progress is visible
Done when Recruiting has today's pipeline digest ranked by delay.
How is each run configured?
Secure by default
Connect once, stays signed in
WebRun signs in once and keeps each session in a persistent environment, so every run picks up right where it left off.
Every action is checked against this policy before it runs.
Questions, answered
Will it contact candidates or reject anyone?
No. WebRun messages only your own hiring managers and recruiting team. It never emails a candidate, never sends a rejection, never books an interview, and never moves anyone between stages in ClearCompany.
Can a manager see other teams' candidates?
No. Each WhatsApp message contains only the candidates waiting on that manager. The full picture goes to the recruiting Telegram group, which is the team that already sees every requisition.
What counts as stalled?
Any candidate past the day limit you set for their current stage, defaulting to 5 days. Change the limit per stage if screening should move faster than final interviews.
