In short

How do I track Checkr background check volume and pending candidates weekly?

WebRun builds a weekly Checkr hiring scorecard every Monday, counting background checks started, completed, and flagged for review over the last 7 days. It posts the totals to Microsoft Teams and creates a Trello card for any candidate still pending, so a stalled screening does not quietly delay a start date.

  • Screening backlogs are visible every Monday instead of buried in Checkr
  • Pending candidates get a Trello card so follow up doesn't slip
  • Flagged results are surfaced to HR without exposing report details

Questions, answered

Does it make a hiring decision based on a flagged result?

No. WebRun only reports that a result was flagged for review. Reviewing a flagged report and making a hiring decision stays entirely with your team.

How long does a candidate stay on the pending list?

Until Checkr shows their screening as complete. Each week's card is updated with the current number of days pending.

Can it see the actual background check details?

It only reads status, started, completed, or flagged, and counts, never the content of an individual report.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
