Questions, answered
Will it contact the customer about the failed payment automatically?
No. WebRun drafts the recovery email and alerts your team in Slack, but nothing is sent to the customer until a team member reviews and approves the draft.
What if the customer updates their payment method and the charge succeeds later?
It reads live payment status in Housecall Pro. If the payment is resolved before the draft is sent, you can simply discard the draft. The run does not retry automatically.
Can it handle multiple failed payments at once?
Yes. It creates a separate draft and Slack alert for each failed payment, so every affected customer is followed up individually with the correct invoice details.
Put this on autopilot.
Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
