In short

How do I track balances across all my bunq sub accounts?

WebRun checks every bunq sub account balance every Monday, logs each one as a row in Airtable, and posts a summary to Notion. It never moves money between accounts itself, so you get a clear weekly view of how your money is split across sub accounts without opening the app to check each one individually.

  • Every sub account balance is checked without opening the app
  • Sharp balance drops get flagged the same week
  • A running Airtable log builds a balance trend automatically

Questions, answered

Will it move money between my sub accounts to balance them?

No. WebRun never sends a payment, issues a refund, or transfers funds on its own. It only reads balances and reports on them, leaving any transfer between sub accounts to you.

Will it tell me why a balance dropped?

It notes when a balance drops sharply versus the week before so you know to look closer, but reading the underlying transactions stays a step you do directly in bunq.

Can I see how balances trended over past weeks?

Yes. Every week adds new rows to the same Airtable base, so the full history builds into a trend across all your sub accounts.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
