Questions, answered
Will it text managers without HR seeing the message first?
No. Every reminder sits queued in Twilio until someone in HR approves it. WebRun writes the wording and matches it to the right manager, and a person presses send.
Does it change anything in Breathe HR?
No. WebRun only reads employee records, probation dates, and review dates. It never edits a record, confirms a probation, books a meeting, or changes a contract.
What about employees whose review already passed?
They are listed first as overdue rather than dropped. The Telegram post separates overdue reviews from upcoming ones so the backlog is visible every week until it clears.
