In short

How do I collect my Bolt ride receipts for expenses each week?

WebRun opens your Bolt ride history every Monday and reads the previous week's trips, capturing the date, route, and fare for each one. It files the full list on a weekly Trello expense card, adds a running total, and sends you the trip count and spend on WhatsApp.

  • A week of rides is expense-ready every Monday morning
  • No receipt is lost because the list is rebuilt from live ride history
  • One Trello card replaces digging through the app for individual trips

Built for consultants · field sales reps · small business owners · frequent commuters

Questions, answered

Will it submit my expense claim for me?

No. WebRun builds the list and parks the Trello card in Ready to claim. Submitting the claim, and deciding which rides are business, stays with you.

Can it separate work rides from personal ones?

It marks weekday and weekend trips separately and can flag any route you tell it is personal, so you can strike those lines before you claim.

Does it book or cancel rides?

No. WebRun only reads your ride history in Bolt. It never orders a ride, changes a saved address, or touches your payment method.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
