Every Monday, WebRun opens Bluevine, lists the payments already scheduled to leave this week with their vendors and due dates, and compares the total against your available balance. It texts you the verdict through Twilio and posts the full breakdown to Microsoft Teams, so no payment bounces because nobody added it up.
- The week's outgoing commitments are totalled against the balance every Monday
- A payment that would take you short is flagged days before it leaves
- The finance channel sees the running balance after each scheduled payment

1
Bluevine - total the week's scheduled payments
WebRun opens Bluevine to total the week's scheduled payments. - Open Bluevine and read the current available balance
- List every payment scheduled to leave in the next 7 days with its vendor, amount, and due date
- Add the scheduled amounts up and subtract them from the balance to get the cover position
- Read only. Never send, edit, cancel, or reschedule a payment
Done when The week's outgoing total and the balance left after it are both known.
-
2
Twilio - text you the cover verdict
WebRun opens Twilio to text you the cover verdict. - Send a short text to your own saved number: covered, or short by an amount
- Name the payment that tips the account short and its due date
- Send to your own number only. Never text a vendor or a customer
Done when You have this week's cover verdict on your phone.
-
3
Microsoft Teams - post the week's breakdown
WebRun opens Microsoft Teams to post the week's breakdown. - Post the full list of scheduled payments to your finance channel, largest first
- Show the running balance after each payment so the tight day is obvious
- Flag any payment that would take the account below your buffer
Done when The finance channel has this week's payment schedule against the balance.
How is each run configured?
Secure by default
Connect once, stays signed in
WebRun signs in once and keeps each session in a persistent environment, so every run picks up right where it left off.
Every action is checked against this policy before it runs.
Questions, answered
Can it move money or cancel a payment?
No. WebRun reads Bluevine only. It never sends, edits, cancels, or reschedules a payment. If the week is short, it tells you and you decide what to move.
Will it text my vendors?
No. The Twilio text goes to your own saved number and nowhere else. Anything aimed at a vendor is left for you to write and send yourself.
What if a payment clears before Monday?
It reads the live schedule and balance in Bluevine on every run, so payments that already left are counted as gone and only what is still pending is totalled.
