Questions, answered
Will it send, resend, or cancel a transaction?
No. WebRun only reads your transaction list and reports what is pending. It never signs, sends, replaces, or cancels a transfer, and it never moves funds for any reason.
When does it decide a transfer is stuck?
When it has been pending longer than the threshold you set and still has fewer confirmations than you require. Anything confirming normally never triggers an alert.
Will it alert me repeatedly about the same transaction?
No. The first alert goes to Telegram and after that the Trello card is updated quietly each hour, so one stuck transfer means one message, not one every hour.
