In short

How do I confirm route deliveries and catch missed stops the same day?

WebRun checks your route deliveries every evening. It opens VIP, compares each route's manifest against confirmed stops, texts the driver about anything still unconfirmed through Twilio, and posts dispatch a Slack alert naming any stop still missing proof of delivery, so a missed delivery gets caught the same night, not when the retailer calls to complain.

  • Missed stops get caught the same evening, not when a retailer calls
  • Every driver gets a same-night nudge on anything left unconfirmed
  • Dispatch opens Slack to a resolved list instead of digging through manifests

Questions, answered

Does it text the retailer if a delivery is missed?

No. WebRun only texts your own driver to confirm the stop and posts an internal Slack alert to dispatch. It never contacts the retailer directly.

How does it know a stop was not confirmed?

It checks VIP's delivery manifest for a signed proof of delivery on each stop. Anything without one after the driver's response is flagged as unresolved.

What if a driver already confirmed the stop in VIP?

It reads the live manifest status each evening, so any stop already confirmed is skipped and never texted about.
