How do I get allocated brand splits to reps quickly?
WebRun splits your allocated brand releases automatically. The moment a limited brand or vintage arrives in VIP, it reads the total cases available, applies your territory allocation rule, calculates each rep's share, and messages every rep their number in Slack with the order deadline, so allocation gets to reps in minutes instead of a manager doing the math by hand.
- Reps get their allocation number in minutes instead of waiting on a manager
- Every split follows the same rule, so nothing is decided by who asks first
- The full team split is visible, not just each rep's individual number

Questions, answered
How is each rep's share calculated?
From your allocation rule in VIP, whether that is an even split, a historical-share formula, or a manual weighting. WebRun applies the same rule every time and shows the math behind each rep's number.
Does it notify retailers about the allocation?
No. WebRun only messages your own sales reps in Slack. Any conversation with a retailer about their allocation is left to the rep.
What if the allocation changes after it is announced?
WebRun reads VIP's live allocation each time it runs, so if the total changes it recalculates the splits and flags the update, it does not just repeat the first number.
