In short

How do I reconcile my business bank transactions every day?

WebRun reconciles your Bank of America activity every morning. It reads yesterday's posted transactions and closing balances, matches each one against the expected payments in your Airtable ledger, and sends a Telegram note listing unmatched items, large transactions, and payments that never arrived.

  • Reconciliation happens daily rather than in a month-end scramble
  • Unmatched transactions are surfaced the morning after they post
  • Expected payments that never arrived are named the next day

Questions, answered

Can it move money or pay bills?

No. WebRun reads transaction history and balances only. It cannot transfer funds, pay a bill, send a wire, or add a payee, so no money can leave your account through this run.

What happens to transactions it cannot match?

They are added to Airtable as rows to review and named in the Telegram note. WebRun never guesses a category or forces a match, so unexplained activity stays visible until a human resolves it.

Does it store my banking credentials?

You sign in once in your own browser session and WebRun works inside it under Strict Lockdown, with domains allowlisted and uploads blocked. Account numbers are never copied into Airtable or the Telegram message.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
