In short

How do I automatically generate an on-time performance report for my auto transport operation?

WebRun pulls every load completed in the prior week from Super Dispatch, compares actual versus scheduled pickup and delivery dates, calculates on-time rates by carrier and lane, and writes the scorecard to Google Sheets every Monday morning, with a Telegram summary highlighting the week's top performers and any underperforming lanes.

  • A carrier and lane scorecard is ready every Monday without manual data pulls
  • Underperforming lanes below 80% on time are flagged automatically
  • Rolling 4-week trends show whether performance is improving or declining

Questions, answered

How does it define on time?

On time means the actual pickup or delivery date matches the scheduled date in Super Dispatch. Early counts as on time. One or more days late counts as a late event.

Can it track on-time rates by individual driver rather than carrier?

Yes. Ask WebRun to break the scorecard down by driver when you configure the workflow, and it will add a driver-level tab to the Google Sheet.

Does the Telegram message go to customers or carriers?

No. The Telegram summary goes only to your internal operations channel. No performance data is shared with carriers or customers automatically.

Put this on autopilot.
