In short

How do I automatically track driver document and license expiry for my auto transport fleet?

WebRun reviews your entire Super Dispatch driver roster every Monday, checks CDL and medical card expiry dates, and flags anyone within 45 days of lapsing. It logs those drivers in Google Sheets ranked by urgency and posts a compliance alert to your Slack dispatcher channel so no one gets assigned a load while running out of compliance.

  • No driver is dispatched with an expired CDL or medical card
  • Drivers expiring within 7 days are flagged for immediate action
  • The compliance sheet is updated automatically every Monday

Questions, answered

Does it notify drivers directly about their expiring documents?

No. The alert goes to your internal dispatcher Slack channel only. Any communication to individual drivers is handled by your team.

Which documents does it check?

It checks any expiry date recorded against a driver in Super Dispatch, including CDLs and medical cards. If you store additional document types there, those are checked too.

What if a driver updates their document before the next run?

It reads live driver data in Super Dispatch each Monday, so a driver whose records are updated will drop off the expiry list automatically on the next weekly run.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
