Turn your inbox enquiries into a tracked list

Every morning, WebRun signs in to AT&T Mail, reads the messages that arrived since the last run, separates genuine enquiries from newsletters and receipts, logs each one into Airtable with sender, subject, and received time, and posts a Telegram digest that flags every enquiry still without a reply after 24 hours.

In short

How do I make sure no email enquiry goes unanswered?

WebRun turns your AT&T Mail inbox into a tracked list every morning. It reads new messages, separates real enquiries from newsletters and receipts, logs each into Airtable with sender and subject, and posts a Telegram digest flagging every enquiry still unanswered after 24 hours.

  • No enquiry sits unanswered past a day without someone knowing
  • Real enquiries are separated from newsletters before anyone reads the inbox
  • Every conversation gets one tracked record rather than a lost thread

Built for small business owners · sole traders · office administrators · family-run service businesses

Questions, answered

Will it reply to any email?

No. WebRun only reads the inbox and logs what it finds. Every reply is written and sent by a person, so nothing goes out to a sender on its own.

Does it delete or archive messages?

No. Messages are left exactly where they are. WebRun reads them, records them in Airtable, and changes nothing in the mailbox.

How does it tell an enquiry from a newsletter?

It reads the sender, subject, and body for the marks of a real person asking something, and you can give it a list of senders and subject patterns to always skip.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
