In short

How do I track Aspire card transactions that are missing a receipt?

WebRun checks yesterday's Aspire corporate card transactions every morning for a missing receipt, logs each unreconciled one to Airtable, and emails you the summary. It never freezes a card or moves money itself, so your books close each month with a clear, tracked list instead of a last minute scramble to chase receipts.

  • Missing receipts get flagged the morning after the charge
  • Month end close starts with a short list, not a full audit
  • Resolved transactions drop off automatically once a receipt is added

Good to know

Questions, answered

Will it freeze a card or block spend without receipts?

No. WebRun never sends a payment, issues a refund, or transfers funds on its own, and it does not freeze cards either. It only reads transactions and reports what's missing, leaving any card action to you in Aspire.

Will it chase the cardholder for their receipt?

No. It logs who is missing a receipt in Airtable and emails you the list. Following up with each cardholder stays a step your team takes directly.

What happens once a receipt is added?

It reads the live transaction status in Aspire each morning, so a transaction that now has a receipt is marked resolved and dropped from the next alert.

Put this on autopilot.
