Check the shipping bill against the parcels you sent

Every Monday, WebRun opens Aramex, reads the latest invoice line by line, matches each airway bill number to a real shipment, compares the billed weight and surcharges against what was sent, posts the mismatches to Slack, and queues a text for the finance owner when the amount at stake is large.

In short

How do I check a shipping invoice against the parcels I actually sent?

WebRun opens Aramex every Monday, reads the latest invoice line by line, and matches each airway bill number against your shipment records. It compares billed weights and surcharges against what was sent, posts the mismatches to Slack with the amount at stake, so overcharges are queried inside the dispute window.

  • Weight corrections and phantom charges are itemised with amounts
  • Disputes are raised inside the window rather than after it closes
  • Nothing is paid, approved, or claimed without a human

Questions, answered

Will it raise a dispute or pay an invoice?

No. WebRun reads the invoice and shipments and reports the mismatches internally. It never files a claim, contacts the carrier, approves an invoice, or pays anything. Every dispute is raised by a person.

Does it text finance without approval?

No. The alert to the finance owner is drafted and queued in Twilio for release. The routine reconciliation goes to your own internal Slack channel.

What kinds of mismatch does it catch?

Three: billed weight higher than the declared weight, surcharges applied to a shipment that did not carry them, and invoice lines with no matching airway bill number at all. Each is listed with its amount.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
