Questions, answered

How does it define high-risk accounts?

You define which accounts are on the watchlist in Airtable, based on your own criteria (balance size, prior payment behaviour, industry, or credit score). WebRun monitors those accounts and flags changes, so the definition is entirely yours.

Does it contact any of the high-risk customers?

No. The watchlist and Slack digest are entirely internal. Any outreach to a high-risk customer is a separate, human-approved step that your credit team decides on after reviewing the digest.

What counts as deterioration?

Deterioration is flagged when an account's overdue amount increases, a new dispute is opened, or the days since last payment grows beyond your defined threshold compared to last week's snapshot.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
