Questions, answered
Will it send the autopay invitations automatically?
No. Every invitation email is saved as a Gmail draft and must be approved by your AR team before sending. No customer receives an autopay invitation without a human sign-off.
How does it choose which customers to invite?
It targets customers with a consistent on-time payment record over the prior 6 months who are not yet enrolled in Versapay autopay, ensuring invitations go to customers most likely to enroll and least likely to feel pressured.
Does it enroll customers in autopay itself?
No. WebRun only drafts the invitation. Autopay enrollment is completed by the customer themselves via the Versapay payment portal link included in the invitation, which keeps the customer in control of the decision.
