How do I get a daily summary of all open AML case statuses from Unit21?
WebRun opens Unit21 every morning and reads every open AML case, grouping them by stage: Reviewing, Escalated, Pending SAR, and Awaiting Document. It posts the grouped digest to the compliance Slack channel with cases sorted oldest-first within each group, so the team starts the day knowing exactly what is open, what is stale, and what needs attention now.
- The team starts every day with a complete single-view of all open investigations
- Stale cases over 30 days old are flagged before they breach SLA
- No manual case review meeting is needed just to establish the current pipeline state

Questions, answered
Does it include closed or filed cases?
No. The digest covers only open cases. Closed, filed, and dismissed cases are excluded so the digest stays focused on what still needs action.
What counts as a stale case?
Any case open for more than 30 days is flagged in the digest. You can adjust this threshold in your WebRun settings to match your internal SLA.
Can it filter the digest by analyst?
Yes. You can configure WebRun to post a separate section per analyst so each team member sees their own case load alongside the full team view.
