Check yesterday's takings actually settled
Every morning, WebRun signs in to your Alipay merchant account, reads yesterday's transaction total, refunds, fees, and settlement amount, checks that the settled figure matches the transactions once refunds and fees are taken out, posts the reconciliation to your finance Slack channel, and messages you on Telegram when there is a gap.

How do I check that yesterday's payments settled correctly?
WebRun signs in to Alipay every morning and reads yesterday's gross transactions, refunds, fees, and settlement amount. It checks the settled figure against the transactions, posts the reconciliation to your finance Slack channel, and messages you on Telegram only when the numbers do not line up.
- Settlement gaps are caught the next morning, not at month end
- Clean days stay silent, so a Telegram message always means something
- Slack holds a dated reconciliation ledger nobody has to type

How is each run configured?
Secure by default
Connect once, stays signed in
WebRun signs in once and keeps each session in a persistent environment, so every run picks up right where it left off.
Every action is checked against this policy before it runs.
Questions, answered
Can it move money or issue a refund?
No, and it cannot be configured to. WebRun only reads your Alipay records. It never issues a refund, transfers a balance, changes a payout setting, or moves money in any direction.
What happens when the numbers do not match?
You get a Telegram message stating the size of the gap, the day it relates to, and any refund or large transaction that might explain it. Investigating and correcting stays with your finance team.
Does it contact customers about failed payments?
No. WebRun never messages a customer. Everything it produces goes to your own Slack channel and your own Telegram, and every customer-facing action stays with a human.
