In short

How do I track Alibaba Cloud resources that are about to expire?

WebRun signs in to Alibaba Cloud every Monday and lists the instances, SSL certificates, and domains expiring within 45 days. It records each one in an Airtable renewals base with its owner and days remaining, then publishes a Notion brief so nothing lapses without someone deciding to let it.

  • No instance, certificate, or domain lapses unnoticed
  • Every upcoming renewal has a named owner before it is due
  • Renewals and payments stay in human hands

Done when The renewal brief is published in Notion with an owner against every line.

Questions, answered

Will it renew or buy anything itself?

No. WebRun only reads expiry dates and writes them down. Every renewal and every payment stays with a human in the Alibaba Cloud console, so no card is ever charged by the run.

How far ahead does it look?

45 days by default, which leaves room for a purchase order or a budget approval. Set a longer window if your procurement cycle needs more notice.

Does it double-count resources week to week?

No. It matches each resource against the existing Airtable row by name and region, updating days remaining rather than adding a second row.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
