Make sure every payout run is actually funded
Every weekday morning, WebRun opens Airwallex, reads the available balance in each currency wallet, lists the payouts and transfers scheduled for the next seven days, compares the two so any currency short of funds is obvious, posts the funding check to Microsoft Teams, and puts each payout run day on your finance calendar.

How is each run configured?
Secure by default
Connect once, stays signed in
WebRun signs in once and keeps each session in a persistent environment, so every run picks up right where it left off.
Every action is checked against this policy before it runs.
Questions, answered
Can it move money or convert currency to cover a shortfall?
No. WebRun only reads your Airwallex balances and scheduled payouts. It never converts currency, funds a wallet, approves a payout, or moves a balance. Every funding action is taken by a person in your own account.
Does it approve payouts that are waiting?
No. Payouts sitting in a pending or awaiting approval state are listed in the Teams post so your team can see them, and they stay exactly where they are until a human approves them.
How far ahead does it look?
Seven days by default, and you can widen the window. Each morning it re-reads live balances and the live payout schedule, so a shortfall shows up several days before the money is due to leave.
