How can I get a daily treatment revenue recap for my med spa without reconciling it myself?
WebRun closes out every clinic day by totaling completed treatments, package redemptions, memberships, and retail sales in AestheticsPro, checking that total against the deposit recorded in QuickBooks, and posting a clear revenue recap to Slack each night, so owners see how the day performed without reconciling any numbers themselves.
- Owners see the day's full revenue breakdown before they lock up
- Deposit mismatches are flagged the same night, not discovered weeks later
- No manual reconciling between AestheticsPro and QuickBooks each morning
Built for med spa owners · medical aesthetics practice managers · injector owned clinics · multi location aesthetics practices

Questions, answered
Does it change anything in QuickBooks?
No. WebRun only reads your deposited income to compare it against the AestheticsPro total. It never creates, edits, or posts entries in QuickBooks on its own.
What counts toward the daily total?
Completed treatments, package and membership redemptions, and retail product sales, each broken out separately. Voided and refunded tickets are excluded automatically.
Will it flag every tiny rounding difference?
No. Only a mismatch over the threshold you set gets flagged for review, so small rounding differences do not clutter your recap.
