From AbstractorPro's five-star vendor performance grades and on-time outcomes. WebRun reads them each Monday and never invents a score, it only logs and trends what AbstractorPro already records.
Does it message the abstractors about a low rating?
No. WebRun logs the scorecard to Google Sheets and posts an internal Slack alert for the team. It never contacts a vendor about their rating on its own.
How is a low rating decided?
You set the threshold. WebRun flags any abstractor whose current grade falls below it or whose grade is trending down week over week, with the numbers shown.
