In short

How do I assign title orders to abstractors by county?

Every few minutes, WebRun opens AbstractorPro, finds title orders with no abstractor assigned, and reads each property county. It matches the county to a covering searcher in your Google Sheets roster, sets that abstractor on the order, and posts the assignments to Slack, flagging any county with no coverage so orders route themselves and nothing waits unassigned.

  • New orders reach a county-covering abstractor within minutes
  • Uncovered counties get flagged instead of misassigned
  • The team sees every assignment in Slack, not a black box

Questions, answered

How does it decide who covers a county?

It reads your Google Sheets coverage roster each run and assigns each order to an abstractor whose listed counties include the property county, preferring an available, well-graded searcher when several qualify.

What if no abstractor covers the county?

WebRun leaves that order unassigned and flags it in the Slack list so a human can place it, rather than forcing a wrong assignment.

Does it message the abstractors directly?

No. WebRun sets the assignment inside AbstractorPro and posts an internal Slack summary for the team. It does not email or text the searchers on its own.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
