Will it message my guests?
No. WebRun sends only your internal production chat in WhatsApp. If a guest needs chasing it drafts the message and leaves it for you to send, so nothing reaches a guest without a human reading it first.
What counts as a session that is not ready?
Any session missing a Zencastr room, missing a guest invite link, with a guest who has not accepted, or with no matching hold in Google Calendar. Each one is named with the specific gap.
Does it work for sessions booked at short notice?
Yes. It looks two days ahead each morning, so a session booked today for tomorrow appears in the next run rather than being missed.
