Nudge clients to use class packs
Every morning, WebRun opens Punchpass, finds clients with class passes expiring in the next 7 days, checks how many classes they still have remaining, drafts a friendly reminder text via Twilio for each, and posts the batch to Slack so your team can approve and send before passes expire unused.

How do I automatically remind yoga clients about expiring class passes?
WebRun checks Punchpass every morning for class passes expiring within 7 days, notes remaining sessions for each client, and drafts a friendly reminder text via Twilio with the expiry date and a booking link. Drafts are queued in Slack for one-click approval, so clients use their packs and revenue is not lost.
- Clients are reminded before their pass expires, reducing unused session loss
- No text is sent without staff approval, keeping outreach on-brand
- Most urgent expiries appear first so staff can prioritise their review

Questions, answered
Will it text clients without my approval?
No. WebRun drafts every reminder text and queues the batch in Twilio for staff review. No message is sent to any client until a team member approves and releases the batch.
How close to expiry does it start reminding clients?
By default it flags passes expiring within 7 days. You can adjust the window during setup to match your studio's booking lead time.
What about clients who have already used all their classes?
WebRun reads the live remaining-class count from Punchpass each morning. Clients with no classes left are skipped so they receive a relevant renewal message instead.
