Will it delete files or revoke sharing links?
No. WebRun reads Yandex Disk and reports what it found. It never deletes a file, moves a folder, or revokes a public link. Every clean-up decision stays with you, so nothing is lost by accident.
How does it know which folders are sensitive?
You give it a list when you set it up. Any public link pointing into one of those folders triggers the Telegram note by name, while ordinary shared files are simply listed in the Slack audit.
What if storage is filling up fast?
The Slack audit shows growth per week and estimates weeks of headroom left at the current rate, and Telegram pings you as soon as free space drops below the threshold you set.
