See a Wistia overage coming before it lands
Every Monday, WebRun opens Wistia, reads the account usage page for bandwidth and storage consumed against your plan allowance, works out how much of the month is left at the current pace, drafts you a Gmail summary, and posts the headroom number to Slack.

How do I track Wistia bandwidth and storage against my plan limits?
WebRun opens Wistia every Monday and reads how much bandwidth and storage your account has consumed against the plan allowance. It works out the weekly burn rate, projects where the billing period lands, drafts you a Gmail summary, and posts the headroom to Slack, so an overage never arrives as a surprise invoice.
- An overage is visible with days left to act, not on the invoice
- Bandwidth burn rate is tracked week over week automatically
- The team sees usage before a launch instead of after it

Questions, answered
Will it change my plan or delete videos to save space?
No. WebRun only reads the usage figures. It never upgrades a plan, deletes media, or changes a setting. Every decision about what to remove or which plan to move to stays with you.
Does it email anyone else about our usage?
No. The Gmail message is drafted to yourself and left unsent until you approve it. The only automatic post is the internal Slack line to your own team channel.
How early does it warn me?
Every Monday, with a projection based on the weekly burn rate. If the current pace points past the allowance before the period ends, the week is marked red while there are still days left to act.
Put this on autopilot.
