In short

How do I keep track of files clients send me by WeTransfer?

WebRun signs in to WeTransfer every morning and lists the transfers received since the last run, with sender, file names, total size, and expiry date. It posts the digest into Microsoft Teams and pings you on Telegram about anything expiring within two days, so client files never go uncollected.

  • The team sees every delivery in one channel post
  • No transfer expires before somebody collects it
  • Inbound files stop getting lost in personal inboxes

Good to know

Questions, answered

Does it download the files?

No. WebRun reads the transfer listing only: sender, file names, size, and expiry. Downloading and storing the files stays a deliberate human action.

Will it send or delete transfers?

No. The run never creates a transfer, never forwards a link, and never deletes anything. It reports what arrived and what is close to expiring.

What if a transfer is about to expire?

You get a Telegram message naming the sender, the files, and the exact expiry date, so someone can collect the files before the link goes dead.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
