How do I make sure no customer message goes unanswered?
WebRun checks your WeCom customer conversations every hour and finds the ones where the customer spoke last and no staff reply has followed inside your response window. It logs each to a Google Sheets chase list with the owner and waiting time, and posts a Telegram alert with the longest waits first.
- A waiting customer is surfaced within the hour, with a name attached
- Response time per staff member is tallied daily without anyone counting
- Answered conversations drop off the list on the next run

Questions, answered
Will it reply to customers in WeCom?
No. WebRun never sends a message to a customer, never sets an auto-reply, and never marks a chat as handled. It tells your team who is waiting and the reply stays human.
Does it run outside business hours?
Only if you want it to. By default the waiting clock pauses outside the hours you set, so a message that arrived at midnight is not treated as a two-hour breach at 2am.
How does it know who owns a conversation?
From the staff member the chat is assigned to in WeCom. That name goes on the sheet row and into the Telegram alert, so every waiting customer has a person attached.
Put this on autopilot.
Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
