Questions, answered

Does it place any trades or rebalance accounts?

No. WebRun only flags accounts for your advisor to review. It reads allocations in Orion and surfaces what has drifted past target. Every rebalancing decision and trade stays with a licensed advisor inside your own trading workflow.

How does it decide a portfolio has drifted?

It compares each portfolio's current allocation against its model target in Orion and flags any asset class that has moved past your tolerance band, then reports the size of the drift so the advisor can prioritise.

Can I set my own drift thresholds?

Yes. Tell WebRun your tolerance bands, for example five percent off target by asset class, and it flags only accounts that breach them, so the shortlist stays focused on portfolios that genuinely need a look.
