How do I stop missing Wave invoice due dates?
WebRun checks Wave every morning for invoices due in the next 3 days, adds a Google Calendar reminder for each due date, and posts a Microsoft Teams summary of what is coming due that week. Nothing gets paid late because a due date was buried in Wave instead of on the calendar.
- Every invoice due date gets its own calendar reminder automatically
- The week's due invoices are visible in Teams without opening Wave
- Paid invoices drop off the list the same day they are marked paid

Questions, answered
Does it send the invoice reminder to the customer?
No. This template only tracks your own due dates with a calendar reminder and a Teams summary. It does not contact the customer.
Will it duplicate calendar reminders?
No. It checks for an existing reminder before adding a new one, so an invoice only gets one calendar event.
What happens once an invoice is paid?
It reads the live status in Wave each run, so a paid invoice is skipped and will not appear in the next summary.
