Automated Vision Therapy Progress Summaries
Every morning, WebRun looks ahead to the day's progress visits, opens Sanet Vision Integrator to read each patient's tracked results over the therapy course, charts the change in saccades, pursuits, and reaction time in a Google Sheet, and drafts a short briefing note in Gmail for the treating optometrist to review before the visit.
How do I automatically prepare vision therapy progress summaries for visits?
Each morning WebRun looks ahead to the day's progress visits, reads each patient's tracked results in Sanet Vision Integrator, and lays out the change in saccades, pursuits, and reaction time in a Google Sheet. It then drafts an internal briefing note in Gmail for the treating optometrist, so every re-evaluation starts with a clear, data backed picture of the gains.
- Every progress visit starts with a ready results summary
- Gains and plateaus are quantified per skill
- Providers save prep time without any patient facing message going out
Built for developmental optometrists · vision therapy clinics · vision therapists · practice managers

Questions, answered
Does this send anything to patients?
No. The briefing note is an internal Gmail draft addressed to the treating optometrist only. Nothing is sent to the patient or family, and any patient facing summary is written and sent by the provider after the visit.
Where do the numbers come from?
They come straight from the tracked results in Sanet Vision Integrator. WebRun reads each patient's graphed scores from baseline to the latest session, so the summary reflects the measured therapy data, not estimates.
What if a patient has only one session recorded?
It notes that a meaningful trend is not yet available and flags the patient as too early to compare, so the provider knows the progress visit will rely on the current session rather than a change over time.
