Give every artist a clear daily worklist
Every morning, WebRun opens Vani Software, reads which shots and tasks each artist is assigned today, writes a tidy per-artist plan into a Google Sheet, and posts each artist a short worklist in Slack, so the whole team starts the day clear on what they own without a coordinator building the list by hand.

How do I give each VFX artist a daily worklist automatically?
WebRun opens Vani Software every morning and reads each artist's assigned shots and their stages. It writes a tidy plan into a Google Sheet and posts each artist a short worklist in Slack, flagging due-today and blocked shots, so the whole team starts the day clear on what they own without a coordinator building the list by hand.
- Every artist starts the day knowing exactly which shots to touch
- Blocked shots are flagged so nobody works on something that cannot proceed
- Coordinators skip building the daily list by hand from live Vani Software data

Questions, answered
Does it change any assignments in Vani Software?
No. WebRun only reads assignments and reports them. It never reassigns a shot or edits Vani Software, so your production plan stays exactly as your coordinators set it.
Can each artist see only their own worklist?
Yes. WebRun can direct-message each artist their own list in Slack, or post a grouped summary to a team channel. You choose whether the worklists are private or shared.
What about shots blocked by a missing asset?
Blocked shots are flagged right on the worklist so the artist does not start work that cannot proceed, and the coordinator can see at a glance which dependencies are holding people up.
