See where the staffing forecast missed and fix next week's plan

Every Monday, WebRun opens Verint, pulls last week's forecast and the actual interaction volume for each interval, works out where the two diverged and by how much, checks what that did to staffing levels and service level, posts the review to Microsoft Teams, and sends a short summary to Telegram.

In short

How do I measure forecast accuracy against actual contact volume?

WebRun reviews last week's staffing forecast in Verint every Monday. It compares forecast interaction volume against what actually arrived, interval by interval, ranks the intervals that missed by the widest margin, and posts the review to Microsoft Teams with a short summary in Telegram for the planning team.

  • Next week's schedule is built on a corrected assumption, not the same miss
  • Over-staffed and under-staffed intervals are both visible
  • Repeat patterns are called out week on week

Questions, answered

Will it change the published schedule?

No. WebRun reads the forecast and the actuals and reports the variance. Rebuilding a forecast or republishing a schedule stays with your workforce planner, who owns the assumptions.

Does it look at individual agents?

No. This review works at interval level: forecast volume against actual volume by day and channel. Agent level adherence and quality are deliberately left out of it.

Which intervals does it show?

The ten that missed by the widest margin in both directions, over forecast and under, so an over-staffed hour is as visible as an under-staffed one.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
