How does it know which threshold to use per machine?
It reads the par levels you have configured in Cantaloupe Seed Pro for each machine and product. Update the par level in Cantaloupe and WebRun picks it up automatically on the next run.
Will it send any messages to machine locations or customers?
No. WebRun only posts an internal Slack list for your drivers. No messages go to external parties.
What if a machine is offline and has no inventory data?
Offline machines are flagged separately in the Slack post so a driver can do a physical check. WebRun never assumes an offline machine is fully stocked.
