In short

How do I get a weekly compliance status digest across all my vCISO clients?

Every Friday, WebRun opens Vanta for each active client, reads the control pass rate and open failing controls, updates your client roster in Google Sheets, and posts a ranked compliance digest to Slack so your team starts each week knowing exactly which programs need attention and when deadlines fall.

  • Advisors see every client's compliance posture ranked by urgency each Friday
  • Clients approaching audit deadlines are surfaced before they become emergencies
  • Regressed controls are flagged in the digest before they go unnoticed

Questions, answered

Will it share client data outside the team?

No. The digest posts only to your internal Slack channel. No client data is shared externally or sent to anyone outside your organization.

How many clients can it cover in one run?

It iterates through every row in your client roster sheet, so the list is as long as you need. Add or remove clients from the sheet and the digest updates automatically.

What if a client's Vanta account is disconnected?

It flags that client as data unavailable in the digest so your advisor knows to reconnect the account rather than silently skipping the client.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
