In short

How do I keep a record of the courses and certificates my team completed?

Every Monday WebRun signs in to Udacity, reads which courses and nanodegree programs your team finished, and captures each certificate with the learner, the program, and the completion date. It posts the updated training register to Slack and pings Telegram whenever a new certificate is earned.

  • Proof of training is ready the moment a client asks
  • Every completion carries a date and a certificate link
  • Programs in progress are visible, not just finished ones

Step by step

What does WebRun do on every run?

The exact actions WebRun takes, in order - in plain language, so you can adjust anything.

  1. WebRun signs in and gets to work

Opens www.udacity.com in a real browser with your saved login - no setup, no API keys.

    • Capture the completion status, the completion date, and the certificate link where one exists

    • Stay quiet in weeks where nothing was completed

Done when The training manager knows who finished what this week.

Questions, answered

Will it share the register outside the company?

No. The register is posted to your own Slack channel and a Telegram message to the training manager. Sending proof to a client or auditor stays a person's decision.

Does it enrol people or change their courses?

No. WebRun reads progress and certificates only. Enrolling a learner, unenrolling one, or changing a program stays a manual action in Udacity.

Does it show work still in progress?

Yes. The register carries a second block for programs underway with how far through each learner is, so you can see who is close to finishing.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
