How do I automatically send tutors their daily schedule each morning?
Every morning, WebRun opens TutorBird, collects the full day's sessions for each tutor, and posts a personal digest to each tutor's Slack channel. The digest lists every session in order with the student name, subject, time, location, and any prep notes, so every tutor arrives briefed and ready.
- Every tutor starts the day knowing exactly who they are seeing, when, and what to prepare
- Center directors stop fielding 'what do I have today?' messages from tutors
- Same-day schedule changes are flagged in the digest so nothing is missed

Questions, answered
Does each tutor only see their own schedule?
Yes. WebRun posts a separate digest to each tutor's own Slack DM or channel. No tutor sees another tutor's student information.
What happens if a session is added or cancelled after the digest is sent?
The digest reflects the TutorBird schedule at the time it runs each morning. For same-day changes, staff should notify tutors directly or a second midday run can be configured.
Can it post to Telegram instead of Slack?
Yes. If your tutors use Telegram, WebRun can post the digest there instead. Set the preferred channel when you configure the workflow.
