No. Every reminder, email and SMS alike, is drafted or queued and held for a staff member to review and approve before anything reaches a family. Nothing sends on its own.
What information does each reminder include?
Each reminder includes the student name, session time, tutor name, subject, and location pulled live from Teachworks. You can supply a template or tone guide and WebRun will match your center's voice.
What happens if a session is cancelled after the reminder is drafted?
Reminders are drafted fresh each morning from the live Teachworks schedule. If a session is cancelled before the draft is sent, the staff reviewer will see the cancellation and can discard that draft.
