Flag aged trailers before they become dead stock
Every Monday, WebRun opens Unit Inventory in EverLogic, sorts trailers by days in stock, flags every unit past 60 and 90 days, posts the aging list to the sales channel in Slack, and drafts a price drop recommendation email in Gmail for the GM to review before any price changes.

How do I get alerted when trailers sit too long on the lot?
Every Monday, WebRun scans EverLogic's Unit Inventory for trailers aged past 60 and 90 days, posts the full aging list to Slack for the sales team, and drafts a price drop recommendation email in Gmail for the GM to review. No price actually changes until the GM approves the draft, so aged units get addressed before they become dead stock.
- Aged units get flagged at 60 and 90 days instead of going unnoticed
- The GM sees a price drop recommendation before floorplan curtailment eats the margin
- No price changes without GM approval

Questions, answered
Does it change prices in EverLogic automatically?
No. It only drafts a price drop recommendation email for your GM to review. No list price changes in EverLogic until a human makes that call.
What counts as aged stock?
Any trailer past 60 days in stock gets flagged, with a separate, more urgent tier at 90 days. Both thresholds can be adjusted to match your turn goals.
Does it factor in floorplan cost?
Yes. Each flagged unit's floorplan status is pulled from EverLogic so the GM can see curtailment exposure alongside the age when deciding on a price move.
