Questions, answered
Does it pull accuracy data for every picker or just team averages?
It pulls accuracy data at both the individual picker level and the per-client level, so your manager can see which picker is driving errors for which client and coach accordingly.
What accuracy threshold does it use to flag underperformers?
It defaults to 99.5 percent, which is a standard industry target for 3PL pick accuracy. You can change the threshold to match your SLA commitments or internal quality standard during setup.
Can it share the client-level scorecard with clients directly?
No. The scorecard is an internal document shared in Slack with your warehouse manager. If you want to share a report with a specific client, your account manager reviews the data first and sends it manually.
