In short

How do I automatically track pick accuracy by client and picker in Extensiv?

Every Monday, WebRun opens Extensiv, pulls the prior week's pick counts and errors by client and picker, calculates accuracy rates, and writes a scored, color-coded Google Sheets scorecard. Your warehouse manager gets a Slack briefing with the overall rate and underperformers flagged for coaching before the week begins.

  • Pick accuracy scored by client and picker every week without manual calculation
  • Underperforming pickers identified before client SLA metrics are affected
  • Week-over-week trend visible in Google Sheets so improvements are tracked over time

Questions, answered

Does it pull accuracy data for every picker or just team averages?

It pulls accuracy data at both the individual picker level and the per-client level, so your manager can see which picker is driving errors for which client and coach accordingly.

What accuracy threshold does it use to flag underperformers?

It defaults to 99.5 percent, which is a standard industry target for 3PL pick accuracy. You can change the threshold to match your SLA commitments or internal quality standard during setup.

Can it share the client-level scorecard with clients directly?

No. The scorecard is an internal document shared in Slack with your warehouse manager. If you want to share a report with a specific client, your account manager reviews the data first and sends it manually.

Put this on autopilot.
