In short

How do I see who has too many tasks assigned this week?

WebRun checks your Todoist workload every Monday. It walks your shared projects, counts the tasks due this week per assignee plus their overdue carry over, texts the team lead who is furthest from the average, and posts the full breakdown to Telegram, so the imbalance is fixed on Monday not Thursday.

  • The imbalance is visible Monday morning, not Thursday afternoon
  • Each person's number includes the overdue work they are carrying
  • Personal projects stay private and out of the report

Questions, answered

Will it reassign tasks itself?

No. WebRun only counts and reports. Moving a task to someone else, changing a due date, and closing anything all stay with your team lead.

Does it count overdue work too?

Yes. Each person's number shows tasks due in the next seven days plus the overdue tasks they are still carrying, because carry over is what actually buries people.

Can it cover only some projects?

Yes. Point WebRun at the shared projects that matter and it ignores personal projects entirely, so nobody's private list is read or reported on.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
