Turn stuck insurance claims into a worklist

How do I track outstanding and denied insurance claims automatically?
Every morning, WebRun opens TherapyNotes, reviews submitted claim statuses, and pulls every claim still outstanding, denied, or rejected into a Google Sheet worklist with its payer, amount, and age. It then posts your billing team a Slack digest of what needs working today, denials and the oldest claims first, so revenue stops slipping through the cracks.
- Denials and aged claims surface every morning, not at month end
- Every open claim sits in one prioritized worklist, oldest first
- Fewer claims age out unworked, so more revenue gets collected
Built for billing teams · private practice owners · group practice admins · mental health billers

Every action is checked against this policy before it runs.
Questions, answered
Does it resubmit or appeal claims on its own?
No. WebRun never resubmits, appeals, or edits a claim. It only reads claim statuses in TherapyNotes and builds a worklist. Your billing team decides what to rework, so nothing is sent to a payer without a person handling it.
How does it decide which claims to surface?
It reads the live status of each submitted claim in TherapyNotes and pulls anything denied, rejected, or still outstanding past your follow-up window. Claims that have paid drop off the worklist automatically each morning.
Does it read clinical information?
No. WebRun works only with billing fields: payer, claim status, amount, and age. It never opens session notes or clinical content, and the Slack digest carries client names or initials and claim status only.
