How can I automatically track radiology report turnaround times from RamSoft each day?
WebRun opens RamSoft PowerServer every morning, pulls the previous day's signed reports, and calculates turnaround times per radiologist and modality. It logs the results to a Google Sheet and drafts a summary email in Gmail for the administrator to review, giving the practice a daily performance pulse without manual data pulling.
- Administrators see yesterday's turnaround averages every morning without pulling data manually
- SLA breaches are flagged before they reach referring providers as complaints
- The rolling Google Sheet builds a performance trend line for contract negotiations

How is each run configured?
Secure by default

WebRun signs in once and keeps each session in a persistent environment, so every run picks up right where it left off.
Every action is checked against this policy before it runs.
Questions, answered
Will the summary email send automatically to referring providers or patients?
No. The email is drafted in Gmail and left unsent for the administrator to review and approve. No communication leaves your system automatically, and the summary contains only operational performance data, not patient information.
How are SLA thresholds defined?
You set the turnaround-time target per modality during setup, for example 1 hour for STAT CT and 24 hours for routine X-ray, and WebRun applies those thresholds every morning without you reconfiguring the run.
What if a radiologist's data is incomplete because a report was signed after midnight?
WebRun uses the report-signed timestamp from RamSoft and attributes each study to the calendar day it was signed, so late-finishing reads appear in the correct day's digest automatically.
