- Critical stockouts get a WhatsApp alert the same morning they happen
- Every shortfall arrives as a ready to send draft purchase order
- No duplicate purchase orders for items already on order

Questions, answered
Will it place the order with my supplier automatically?
No. It only drafts the purchase order email in Gmail and leaves it unsent. You review the quantities and send it yourself, or edit it first.
How does it decide what counts as low stock?
It uses the reorder level you've already set for each item in TallyPrime, so the alert matches thresholds you control, not a generic guess.
What if an item is already on order?
It checks Google Sheets for items already flagged on a pending purchase order and skips them, so you don't get duplicate draft orders for the same shortage.
