Questions, answered
What if the same order is picked up in two consecutive polls?
WebRun tracks which order numbers have already been routed and skips any it has already posted, so each order gets exactly one Slack ticket regardless of polling overlap.
Can it route to different channels based on order type?
Yes. You can configure separate Slack channels for dine-in, pickup, and delivery orders so each team sees only the orders relevant to them.
Does it notify the customer?
No. WebRun only posts to your internal Slack channels. Customer-facing order confirmations remain under your control in talech and are not sent by WebRun.
