In short

How do I automatically route talech online orders to my kitchen or fulfillment team?

WebRun checks talech for new online orders every few minutes, reads the full order details including items, modifiers, and delivery instructions, and posts a formatted ticket to your kitchen or fulfillment Slack channel. Each order is routed once and only once so no ticket is missed or duplicated.

  • New online orders reach the kitchen in under a minute of arriving in talech
  • No order is routed twice thanks to automatic deduplication
  • Teams see only the order types relevant to them with channel-based routing

Questions, answered

What if the same order is picked up in two consecutive polls?

WebRun tracks which order numbers have already been routed and skips any it has already posted, so each order gets exactly one Slack ticket regardless of polling overlap.

Can it route to different channels based on order type?

Yes. You can configure separate Slack channels for dine-in, pickup, and delivery orders so each team sees only the orders relevant to them.

Does it notify the customer?

No. WebRun only posts to your internal Slack channels. Customer-facing order confirmations remain under your control in talech and are not sent by WebRun.

Put this on autopilot.
